Legal and Commercial Support
Inarak Consultants are legal professionals, helping businesses with their commercial operations
We are lawyers qualified in England with expertise covering transactions in the UK and also the developing world.
In the developing markets, we focus on the Asia Pacific, and the Middle East, though our professionals have a depth of experience in other regions also, for example Africa
Our work covers the whole life-cycle of a business, including:
market research and due diligence
setting up a new business entity, and advising on the most appropriate business vehicle for your purposes
advice on law and regulation in the relevant market
negotiating collaboration and teaming arrangements, and joint venture contracts
the sale and purchase of assets and/or shares in a target company
In a number of overseas markets, Inarak has affiliation with leading local legal counsel, and the company is therefore able to provide its client with a seamless, high quality work product, at a manageable cost
Our lawyers have the skill-sets and depth of experience of lead counsel in any major law firm, but given our low overheads our fees are always a fraction of the typical fees of a major firm
We are very competitive in both our fees levels, as well as our fees arrangements with our clients. If necessary, we can agree our fees as a fixed amount, to stay well within your budget.
Inarak Consultants Ltd has a team of exceptional and results-driven leaders who love to work with our growing clientele. Our team is eager to learn, open to new ideas and technologies and adaptable to the fast-changing and increasingly complex business environment. Read below to learn more about our exceptional team.
